As a holistic nutritionist I provide individualized plans that are in depth and easy to follow. As a multi-dimensional health professional I offer a multidimensional approach including dietary recommendations, supplements recommendations (where applicable), lifestyle suggestions, as well as exercise recommendations. Each plan is carefully designed based on the needs and goals of each client.
In addition to working with clients one on one, I am also available for private groups. Small group counseling may include cleanse plans, kitchen redesign, and bridal party group counseling. I am also available to speak at your company or social group on a wide range of topics including nutrition for immune health, digestive health, weight loss and eating for vibrant energy.
