In all of my classes I offer my students the opportunity to challenge themselves. That challenge takes on different forms. Challenging the body, challenging the mind, and challenging the spirit to go one step further. I aim to assist my students in meeting their goals, and surpass them.


MONDAYS


Vinyasa Yoga @ Yoga Bhoga 

12:00 - 1:00pm

With roots in Ashtanga, this powerful flowing practice connects movement and breath with poses synchronized to the inhale and exhale. A series of postures will be explored to build strength and flexibility. This mixed level class is excellent for beginners to advanced.


Detox Yoga Flow @ Me Fitness 

5:30 - 6:45pm

Designed to optimize your bodies natural detoxification pathways, this class is a guided flow in which postures follow breath. We will focus on rhythmic movements, balance, alignment and twisting to facilitate not only external strength, but also internal fortitude. A combination of effort and ease makes this class both invigorating and revitalizing.

This class is designed to nurture the whole self. Each class incorporates gentle strengthening, therapeutic stretching and calming relaxation to bring balance back to the body and reduce stress. Each class will explore how different poses stimulate and nurture different parts of the body. This class is open to all levels.

XtreME TRX Intervals @ Me Fitness

6:00 - 7:00am

This class uses the TRX straps, dumbbells and more to combine strength, balance and cardio for a great interval workout! Interval training is very effective for increased calorie and fat burning.
